@taycrow Happy Memorial Day so sorry for the delay. I got busy with the holiday weekend. OK it is approximately 13 1/2 inches unstretched and stretched can go about 16 1/2 to 17 inches. It definitely has give either way which makes it so versatile and comfortable. I myself have not worn it. I’m re-poshing it so it is very likely new with no tags or EUC!! ((:
