hfilipuzzi @amandav551 it’s funny something inside of me told me that it was gonna become complicated once I canceled the order. It’s hard to understand the process if we don’t do it very often. So customers who purchased on a regular basis, understands that after I like it and reduce it, they get to purchase it at a reduced shipping, but it’s hard when you are also working during the time that the reduced shipping is offered so you missed that timeframe of six hours so when it’s available for you.
