NWOT!!!!! Never been worn. Mini dress Short sleeve Puff shoulder Sweetheart neckline Smocking on upper back for a snug fit. Ruched on both sleeves and front Form fitting Beautiful dress!!! It’s a cotton blend material and feel of amazing quality, it does have an inner liner as well so it’s great quality. I bought it and unfortunately never had a chance to wear it :(
