Amanda Uprichard mint/cream/gray striped dress, size S (runs large in my opinion) off shoulder, with ruffle, short sleeves loose fit (note had loops for tie at waist but have been removed....too high in my opinion, looks better lower) dress: 100% cotton. lining: 100% polyester excellent used condition (worn once) elastic at shoulders (unstretched): 17" pit to pit measurement: 18" hips: 23" top of dress center to front hem: 30"
