Fabric has no stretch. 74% acrylic, 24% polyester, 2% lurex. Made in India. Dry Clean. In good, pre-owned condition. The tag has a bit of discoloration and there is a small area near the darting on the right rear where there is a darker area of dye. I believe this is a variation in the dye process (circled in red in the photos). Measurements taken flat: waist: 19.5", hip: 24.25", waist to hem length: 25.25".
