@anita7943635634 hi, this dress is New with Tags still attached, and has no rips or snags. It was originally purchased as a second dress for the wedding reception, but the bride changed her plans. The straps had already been altered (shortened 1/2 inch)) so dress was not returnable. I have included pics of the straps in the last two closeups.
