Size appears to be a Large / XL. 48” chest. Please see measurements in photos to compare for proper fit. Inside and outside pockets. 3 button closure - one button is missing. Fully lined - the lining as separated in two places by the shoulders and could be resewn/ stitched. The coat needs to be cleaned as there are a few spots on the very bottom hemline that could be cleaned. A visit to the dry cleaner to address these items has been taken into account in the pricing.
