Alternative Striped Cardigan with Ruffles

Alt Striped Cardigan w/ Ruffles Tagged a size large, fits a size small! It has a minor flaw (the ruffles are coming loose around the collar area- it’s not noticeable) but I’m gonna sew it before I ship it out. You can see it in the close up photo of the tag. Lots of cute Y2K stuff on my page !!
