Alter’d State Chambray dress

Off the shoulder, pullover, chambray, 3/4 length sleeved dress made by Alter’d State. Arm openings tie and there is an elastic band around the top perimeter. Pair this with some booties or knee highs for a fall look.. also pairs nice with flat sandals or wedges! Great condition!
