This is a Women's Altar's State Navy Blue w/Gold Stars Dress that is a size XL. It has long semi-sheer Puff Sleeves. It is lined. it is 100% Polyester. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-20" and the length is 33.5". It is in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
