Altar’d State formal dress

Long red and gold Altar’d State dress. I haven’t had an opportunity to wear this dress yet. Ive held onto it for a few years hoping something would come up, but I figured its time to give this dress a new home. I’m 5’3-5’4 and surprisingly the dress isn’t too long on me, some heels would definitely do the trick. There is a slit on the inner lining of the dress that makes it easy to move around in, plus the dress isn’t overwhelming heavy.
