Altard State floral dress

NWT neutral moment with a taupe and white floral print. Has a front thigh slit on the left side, skirt lining, and square neck shape with slightly flowy sleeves. The back is stretchy with a zipper and loop closure to give a seem less and snatched waist. Also ties at the upper back for now detail!!
