runway_everyday @ashaleyzapata It's not super see-through. The fabric is flowy but substantial enough that if you wore nude undergarments it would be tasteful and appropriate. As far as sizing, the smocking has a lot of stretch, so it would depend on the desired fit. I'm a large on top and between M and L on bottom and it fits me comfortably. Hope this helps
