This cute polka dot dress from Altar’d State is in great preloved condition! This piece is navy blue with white polka dots and an open back. It zips on the side and it also has two buttons on the back. Dress is lined Size medium. Armpit to armpit measures 16 1/2” Waist measures 30” Length is approximately 33 1/2” This dress is in excellent condition - no holes, stains, or tears, and comes from a smoke free home!
