This altar’d state navy blue romper is super cute. The color is a true navy color. Paid $69.95. Can tie bows on shoulder straps. Shorts on bottom are flowy as shown on model. V neck in front. Size small. NWT. Never worn. Came with a few slightly loose threads in the fabric- nothing noticeable from afar. I took photos so you can see what I am referring to. You could likely cut them off and it wouldn’t be noticeable. Zipper closure in back. Can be dressed up or down. Overall great condition.
