They are removeable. Held in with hook and loop (velcro). Currently has all 4 pads in place. Hook and Loop waist adjustments on both sides above lower pockets Very Good Condition - There are some dirt marks on it and some other random marks, especially around the collar. Some may come off with washing and some may not. But overall in good condition, all zippers, snaps, etc...work. No holes or tears.
