dianaprincess21 Hi: You had previously offered $22 and $4.95 (a discount of approximately $3.29 or $4 because it is money, and rounded to the next dollar). This last time you counteroffered me for $20 with no shipping reduction. $22 minus $3.29 shipping discount equals $18.71 totaling $18 for the same reason above. So, I actually offered $18-$1 = $17.
