New. I don’t know why my man takes the tags off before he tries something on. The reason I say new with tags is because the button tag is still on and it’s baggy evidence of it being brand new. Love the pattern and the feel of this shirt. It is a pleaser with great colors. My guy has very large shoulders. That was the issue with this shirt for him. That said the shirt does not run small, his shoulders are always a problem:) Shirt’s Shoulders are 22 inches, length 32 inches, pit to pick 29 inches.
