Almost Famous black sparkle dress

Black very stretchy dress with all over sparkles. only worn once for homecoming. Cinches/ruching at the waist that gives an hourglass figure. Hits mid thigh on 5'5" model. Sparkles do not rub off and do not leave sparkles anywhere else. Very flattering dress.
