Reposhing this item I purchased from @kiuwt. This is a lovely dress, it just didn't fit me properly. I would also mention that the straps seem meant to sit just off the shoulders, not directly over them.

What are the measurements?

@yete_barbie Hi, thanks for your interest! When the garment is laid flat, the measurements are 17" across the bust and 14" across the waist.
