Allsaints Black Cold Shoulder Tie Sleeve Blouse S/M

From high-end designer All Saints, this is a beautiful black blouse with slits at the shoulder and a tie at the neck line as well as ties at the end of the drawstring sleeves. There are elastic panels in the front and the back to give it a nip in waist. The fabric and Care tag has been removed, but I have washed it by hand and hung it to dry successfully. I would say this runs on the small side of medium.
