It features a wide elasticized neckline, ruffle edged sleeves, & elasticized peplum waist. The top is actually 2 pieces - a camisole lining and a sheer peplum style outer shell. The camisole is held in place with 2 thin loops with plastic snaps (see last 2 photos).
