condition: excellent Outlet fixture and light needs to be replaced. Wood inside and out excellent condition. Holds 17 -20 inch tv. Small wear on both bottom cabinets from rubbing ,normal wear and tear. Right cabinet hinge needs to be replaced or rehinged due to normal shifting. SOLD AS IS ,ALL SALES ARE FINAL and MUST BE MOVED CAREFULLY BY BUYER. When we purchased this item ,3 adult men were needed to move. This item is over 300lbs
