justperfectbout @newbeginning_a size large the arm holes which is not a complete circle since it attaches to the necklace is 9” in front and 10 3/4” in back. Shoulder to waist is 15.5”, waist is 15” elastic, waist to hem 15.5” and hips butt or widest part of skirt is 19.5”. Necklace, the interior neck measurement is 18”. I hope that helps.
