only used this two times. in pristine condition. it is a very nice size bag that can be worn as a backpack and on the shoulder. the shoulder strap is adjustable as well. I kept the authentication card, so that will be included. it has very very slight scratches on the zipper pull, there is the slightest bit of discoloring on the bottom that I will keep trying to get out, and the faintest scuff mark on the front. gave a discount and free shipping to compensate.
