All Saints Black Silk Quilted Flag Dress UK6 US2

Beautiful quilted silk flag dress by All Saints. Black hand dyed silk. Adjustable straps. True wrap dress so size is flexible. I’m a true size 0-2 in US and it fits me great, could probably fit a 4 too. It is missing the petticoat that originally came with it, but it still hangs gorgeously and swings around when you move. Excellent condition other than the missing petticoat. It says dry clean only, but I’ve hand washed it with shampoo and vinegar and it didn’t fade.
