@moongoddess7 don't worry! there's so many shoppers that buy in shows only and it's just 2 entirely different worlds.
so people list their new items for 999 so that when their show starts, they can start their bids. when they have multiple items and it sells for let's say 5 or anything up, the sold listing will still say 999 because that was the listed price. they don't want people to buy outside of shows so they really up prices

I live in a small condo, and raised my son here, now living on my own with a disability,it will be hard to do shows..I don't have the room for a bigger inventory.
I keep praying they do 2 platforms.

@plateaucloset No problem! If you ever have questions please reach out. Poshmark doesn't use hash tags, it won't hurt anything but it won't help at all either. But tag/keywords are important, Posh has "showrooms" everyday in the main feed, you see "Shop Recommended Trends" like; "Black Cropped Jeans". If you have any black jeans & in your tag words you have cropped, that item will be in that showroom. More exposure!

OMG You are still selling here. You said good bye last year, asking people to buy from your closet, because Poshmark was no longer good. I have low pressure, so like for some people when they get up to fast they get dizzy but for me, I can be standing & just drop to the floor. Everything goes white & down I go.

@moongoddess7 That is how I am, it sounds like POTS, when u stand still all the blood goes to ur feet and u passout, I have low blood pressure too, but everything makes me passout. The heat, the cold, eating, u might want to look up POTS or have ur doctors test u for it. There’s not a whole lot they do for it but there’s some meds, I had side effects so I take salt and drink water but still passout is there.

I'm so sorry that you're going through this 😔 but it sounds like you have a great medical team to get it right. It's very painful with these drains. I've had many patients over the years with them. I'm praying for you 🫂because that's what I do😍

Everyone is suffering in different ways due to what the live pallet $3- people are doing to us. I have stopped sourcing for my closet as i cannot make it on posh and state says i cant have disability becuz im too young and told me to wait till im 62. Its beyong F'ed up. But as much as we have both been thru, we cant give up.

I know living off of disability is hard.
I been disabled for over 10 years, and I only make 1/ 4th of my normal work income.
So I joined Posh. It was great for awhile an now with all the live shows, I haven't had a sale in 3 months.I have to start looking for other sites, cause I too am making no money, and have bills.

@moongoddess7 I think I would be good also at lives. I can relate to what you're describing very well. I was you from the 70s on. I survived these things. Lived in New Orleans then Houston alone, raising my sons. My family all lived near Seattle. I returned home at age 60 with my youngest son 30.

Laughing because it brakes the tension and it gives them the opportunity to laugh WITH You. Gabapentin that I need for my Diabetic Neuropathy is the reason I forget. You can do this, 🌙 Moon.

I have started lowering my prices, I just can't go crazy low on brand new sold out items. 90% of my closet is brand new, the rest is either personal or things I've gotten on Posh that don't fit or don't need anymore.
I'm not able to drive anymore because of my seizures & low blood pressure, so I wasn't able to go thrifting.

I also have to get a divorce. I made my ex leave in 2014, our son died a year later & now he's been hiding so I can't get him served. but in CA they told me I can just put an ad in the paper for a month & then I can file, I want to do my name change then since I'm allowed to during a divorce.

@cheekychic77 I was on them after it happened but at the same time is when my seizures started & my blood pressure changed & is always low so I pass out very easily. I had to make a choice to either be on a blood thinner & risk bleeding out during a fall or seizure: or not be on them & be careful. I was going in for stitches all the time from getting hurt during a seizure so the doctors thought it would be better to not be on them.

@cheekychic77 It's a double edge sword for me but not being on them saved my life before moving to CA. I had another outbreak like in the image but during the hospital stay the doctor cut to deep or hit a artery or vein, 🤷🏻♀️ but I was bleeding so much.

@cheekychic77 My room was at the very end of the wing, I swear I was the only patient on that wing. I had seen the Dr. he felt a "small" one still in there & drained it quick & said I could go home that afternoon. I was so happy!
However, about 15 minutes went by & I was on my iPad working on Posh 😆 when I felt fluid dripping from under my arm. OK I just assumed it was sweat & just rubbed my hospital gown against my side & kept working.

@cheekychic77 Well, when I moved my arm a little I felt wet & looked down & it was just Red, my whole side was covered & it wouldn't stop. I hit my call light but no one answered, I was trying to put pressure on it but it was like the more I held pressure the more came out. I started screaming for help, 10 minutes went by when finally a nurse peaked her head in & saw me sitting in the middle of my bed in only my pantys, the bedding was covered in blood, everything!

@cheekychic77 She looked under my arm & freaked out because large clumps of blood were just pouring out. (which is what saved my life, the blood was clotting as it was coming out or I would have bleed out).

@moongoddess7 I’m going to text you I need you to be on an anticoagulant! I lost my brother to a DVT/PE & my moms on an anticoagulant (Eliquis) for life after a PE. Her INR & PTT were all over the place with the older meds like warfarin. And sorry but I lol’d at you wiping your abbess leak with your gown.

@cheekychic77 I was first put on warfarin but you have to have your blood drawn every week. They then put me on Xarelto but I saw commercials about it so I asked to go on something else & that's when i went on Eliquis. But if you saw my hands & arms & legs you'd understand why they took me off. When I have a seizure sometimes I have "flashback" seizures which cause me to think & feel like I'm back in that situation which ever one was triggered. If I have anything in my hand, like a knife or

I have cut up my arm, I literally once was trying to cut through my leather watch band, another time I was plucking my eyebrows & next thing I know I'm waking up with holes all over my jeans soaked in blood. I was just stabbing myself trying to get away.
When I came out to CA one of the dr.s said I needed to be back on Eliquis, so I went back on & then a year later after seeing the same things happen, they took me off

Right before I ended up in the hospital, I was in the pool & passed out, I was lucky because my daughter was on her way out t the pool when it happened so she got there, I was floating face down, her & her boyfriend jumped in & saved me. I am on Mer as well, but haven’t gotten much from it. Glad that you are!! Last time I went to buy on there myself, the fees have increased for buyers as a result of that change. Fine print always shows up somewhere.

@4betterguds My daughter was telling me about DP & it seems like it's more for the younger generation but they have No fees either but the buyer pays a few extra $, I thought that was pretty cool, her & her boyfriend have been posting stuff of theirs & doing OK. I would never have known about the fee change if a wonderful person asked me for a favor & a light went off. I'm not looking to buy, I need to sell & I'm able to really lower my prices. @reesbrown56 Gabapentin is very addictive, & has a side effect of heavy weight gain, plus major fatigue! I was on that year's ago for pain management, I couldn't beleave the amount of pills I was taking. I was gaining weight without any change in my diet or habits & I would literally fall asleep while in mine conversation. My oldest hated it, I took myself off. Don't do what I did, but maybe check if there's something different you can take. ♡

@ozpunk Yes List Perfectly is like Vendoo for cross listing. I use list perfectly because it will list to Shop ify, where my store is agothicuniverse. com.
They also have what's called Express Listing, all you have to do is load your pictures & hit listing assistant, pick how you want it to sound ie; professional, just the facts, storyteller ect.. & it creates the whole listing for you, title & description! It would be nice if Posh had 2 platforms.
I have friends that sell on F.M.
No fees and they make money.
It's time to start looking, and push to other platforms..

@horseforme619 Hi hun, if you aren't using a cross listing service like list perfectly, than yeah you are starting new but I'm new too but it doesn'tmatter becausethere'sno following, sharing, welcoming ect needed. just list, add 7 tag words & let the algorithmdo it'sjob. you can just do a few a day, take screen shots of your pics & copy & paste your descriptions.

@jazzminflower You know what you could do, get list perfectly for a month, you get 30% off for a month. It's so easy, you just select your items on posh & push them to list perfectly, then to where ever you want them to go. That's what I'm doing so I don't have to make new listing for the thousands of ones I have in 2 closets. If you do it, I can help explain how it works more.

@toughluck00 Right! I guarantee they are doing this because of Mer & D Pop going to NO seller fees. They do have buyer fees but not like these. Also , since when are they giving us 24/7 customer support?? It takes so damn long to get any help anymore. Also I do like that they use Manish's name as if he actually has any more control over Poshmark.

I find that Posh adds new features that make THEM more money but rarely makes it easier to sell. I find it mind boggling that there are some Basic inventory management functionalities that we don't have. for example I still don't understand why to get a full inventory report I have to send an email to myself, go to my inbox, click a link that takes me back to the app to finally download the report🙄

@moongoddess7 I guess they listened some. I also saw email and posted about it today too. I wish they had honored the shipping discount through end of year to offset the change to sellers again though. That would have been the right thing to do.

But they didn’t listen when posh shows ruined it for all of us that don’t do them. Just when I was actually starting to make more money again in the past couple of weeks, they change it again. This is so ridiculous.

It would have been smart for them to keep the discounted shipping till the end of the year, that would have helped us Sellers. It's the least they could do, but that means $ taken out of their pockets.

@moongoddess7 First of all I am so sorry to hear about your health news, will be manifesting all the good energy I can muster for your healing and recovery. Secondly I am about ready to take all my Posh inventory and throw it out into traffic after this latest nonsense. I used to be overwhelmed with sales and after the "$3 starts" live shows came along it's slim pickings. We get a little bit of help from Posh and then they yank the rug. Definitely not investing in any more inventory.
