A-line spaghetti strap button down sundress

This dress was worn only twice. From pet free smoke free home. All buttons are functional and straps are adjustable. Size medium, 8-10, true to size, I’d describe color as navy. 65% cotton; 35% polyester. Length is 40.2 inches; per notes on Amazon, fits bust 36-36, waist 28-29 and hips 38.5-39.5. My waste is larger and fits fine.
