Alice and Olivia halter dress

Beautiful black cocktail dress with fringe down to the ground. It’s a size 6, so it’s a little tight on my mannequin. Measuring from under the arm is 24 inches and the fringe is 23 inches. Dress is lined. Don’t know why it looks faded in the picture because it is not.
