Off white lightweight tie front jacket with cascading organza ruffles surrounding neckline and down the front opening. A great addition to throw over a tank or cami for cooler weather or air conditioned areas. Very soft polished cotton (98% cotton/2% Lycra) fabric and elasticized cuffs as shown. Two small picks in fabric on inside of right sleeve would be barely discernible when wearing. From smoke/pet free home.
