monkeymags Hi! @jnicholson92 I'm a 36D and 5'3", and that's me on the last picture, so u can see length and fit. Yes it is lined in a navy blue color as shown in the picture with the brand tag. I will comment again later when I get home and measure it. Thanks for your interest. 😊

monkeymags @jnicholson92 hi! Sorry about my delay. I added a picture. Front is 30 inch, back is 20 inch and elastic is only in be back section starting in the underarms. With your height it can definitely be worn as a tunic blouse. Let me know if you have more questions. Have a great day! 😊

monkeymags @edelmans5 and the back depends on your taste. I have it in the pic in the middle of my back. You can adjust it a bit how tight you put the halter tie around neck. Back has elastic so it can moved up or down..I think the middle of the back is the lowest I wore it.
