njcochran @run23diva i'm not quite sure how to properly measure that while it's laying flat. the waist, where the top meets bottom and it's belted is 26". I'm a bra size 32 and it fit me very well. and i definitely wouldn't recommend for anyone over a c cup. hope this helps!
