elizabethkens @msbeautybiz it looked like a black dye bleed on the cuffs and neck, likely from clothing it was worn with. The reason I wait several days to cancel was I actually took it to my own dry-cleaner to try to stain remove and they were unable. Thank you again for understanding - I know you were excited and really tried to send you the coat❤️
