Is this a EUR 8=4 US? Or just a really fitted US 8 or was is taken in?

@marzene68, the tag says 8, and it has not been altered. While the tag says 8, I think this dress is much closer to a size 6, or even a large 4. This dress runs small in the chest and waist.
