Alfani top small but fits like a med

This is a beautiful, useful, pure white with no flaws top to wear with leggings pants or under a cardigan. It sizes fairly large, so the small seems like more of a medium to me. Pit to pit is 19.5 inches. It is fully lined and has cute splits up each side.
