Please know that I will have to take the dress to seamstress and have that fixed because I wouldn’t wanna wear it like that but can you tell me please what the measurement is from under the arm it to him?

Can you please tell me is the tear that’s on the dress, is it a tear or is it a tear from the red portion of the fabric into the beige portion of the fabric? Or is it something that appears that can be fixed with a seamstress or is it a defect in the fabric? In addition I’d like the measurements if you can do that from under the arm down to the hem, please thank you

Can you please provide the pit to pit and waist measurements? I ordered an XS from the Real Real and the dress seemed to run really small. Just want to see if the small will fit or if I need to go with a medium.
