Are the measurements half the circumference? Also, are there stains on the outside of the dress?

@tovah1013 the dress was measured laying flat. No stains on outside of dress, just the white stains on inside of dress.

@tovah1013 the dress does run small. I’ve got it on a size 6 dress form and wasn’t able to fully zip up the back.

@tovah1013 if you look at my photos of the back, you can see where I had to stop sipping, because I didn’t want to break the zipper. I think it’s mostly due to the fact that the dress has no stretch.
