It has a black button-down front with a mandarin collar, two front pockets, and slightly dropped kimono style sleeves which can be left rolled down or rolled up and secured into place with a tab and button closure. Hits right below the hip. Fully lined. Size: Small which should best fit a size 2, 4 or 6, but see the measurements to ensure a good fit.
