Pockets are in front on the front seams, so they don't add any bulge at the hip area. Shoulder pads add just the right amount of structure. Fully lined. Armpit to armpit approx 20". Length measuring from base of collar down the back is approx 28". Shoulder seam to shoulder seam approx 16". Sleeve length measuring from shoulder seam is approx 24".
