Alex Evenings petite medium formal top

New without tags Alex Evenings size petite medium formal top with gorgeous embellishments on the shoulders (non adjustable). This top is so pretty I hate to part with it, but I’ve never worn it and now it’s too small. Armpit to armpit is 17 inches and from top of shoulder embellishment to bottom of hem is 20 inches long.
