Alex Evenings 2 piece black velvet dress and bolero jacket. The dress is a scoop neck sleeveless sheath with rhinestone trim and ruched detail at the hip. The bolero jacket is trimmed at the edge and cuffs with rhinestones. It is new with tags and never been worn. The jacket has a small imperfection at the shoulder which is part of the fabric.
