The outer does have a little shine and shimmer to it which catches light well. The jacks has light shoulder pads. Collared but no closure. Same crinkle fabric as the bodice. Lined as well. 3/4” sleeves. No contents tags but it’s synthetic like polyester or acetate. Very clean, just a bit wrinkled.
