g_lora @kellydwalker3 hi again! So as it turns out they're actually size 7.5 not 7 despite what the box says. Sorry I didnt catch it sooner! I just updated the description. But to answer your questions it does appear to be true to fit and inside is soft, I haven't worn them though so I can't comment on how comfortable they are long term.
