frankiej91 @zoey_789 hey, thanks for your comment. I guess I'm not sure haha...they can be loosened or tightened with the laces. They are made in India and the number "size" on the bottom is "40" To me they are in great condition, there are a few small imperfections- slightly on the bottom/back of the heels and a few small, very unnoticeable niks if you look really closely . :-) hope this helps.
