May be other small imperfections with threading, sequins, and other material designs that I missed. Collared. Button front. Long sleeves with a bit of a bell / flared like look to end. Each sleeve has 1 button. Crinkle look to main material. Floral embroidered and sequin accenting on collar and end of sleeves. Mesh, with floral soft, velvet like design and metallic threading and fraying outlining this on front shoulder area. EMP.
