Akoo distressed jeans size 38x33 faux flap pockets white spots and holes

Rear Pockets are pulling away and making holes on all four corners and a hole is working at the front under the zipper at crotch. White spots all over which I think is intended. Some dark discoloration on lower leg that I think is not factory. Waist measures close to 40 and inseam is 33.
