It seems like this dress was exclusive the Chicagoland area at Akira. I wore this twice to my 2016 Homecoming & NYE (I am 5'1 for reference), could be a maxi or midi depending on your height.
This dress is a size large with 2 layers of tulle to make it a bit flowy. Top is fitted with a zipper in the back, supposed to be off-the shoulder, but fit me big. Having a gold shimmer at the bottom definitely gives 2016 vibes.
