Aiden Matrix Blue Gown (Size 4)

Light blue scoop neck mermaid gown, US size 4. Never worn, originally bought for a wedding but it is a very light blue color, pearlescent almost so decided to go with another dress. It is new with tags but I did have the waist and length altered just a bit, I am a 26/27 waist, 38 hips, and 5’1”which is what I altered the dress to.
