The first is the mesh sequin overlay, then a navy lining, followed by a tulle skirt and lastly another lining. V neckline. Three quarter sleeves. It is fitted towards the top and flares out at the bottom. Floor-length hem. Invisible back zipper. Polyester. Dry clean. . I am also including a White House Black Market Navy adjustable stretchy, sparkly belt which goes perfectly with the dress if you want a little more definition by cinching in the waist.
