Royal blue evening dress with a beaded keyhole neckline. The neckline features faux multicolored pearls. The bottom has been hemmed. Without hem there would tear visible at bottom. The lining is not hemmed but kept up with safety pins. Fragile beading and in gently used condition. Perfect for prom, weddings, events, etc. Shell is 100% silk!
